The locks are open, and has grown in another country – although, unlike Saudi Arabia, India and the UAE, this is not an imminent ban BlackBerry messaging … yet. Kuwait has announced that it has asked RIM to go with “moral and safety concerns” – namely, the blocking of pornographic sites – and that RIM has asked for four months to comply. Meanwhile, deadline-driven local server from Saudi Arabia are reportedly testing proceeds rapidly, three servers, one for each of the national cellular carrier, must “meet the statutory requirements” of the country by Monday.
